With over 20 years’ management experience she is a highly effective and dynamic leader with extensive board level transport industry experience, supported by excellent relationship management and problem-solving skills.
Paul is a business consultant focusing on digital transformation for the customer. With over 20 years professional experience, Paul has held senior positions and undertaken a number of consultant and interim Director roles, across several sectors, including TMT, Rail and Financial Services.
Hazel is an expert programme planner advising and leading P6 scheduling on multi £ billion projects, including recently on HS2 and LUL capital procurements. Her experience covers both public sector clients and some of the world’s largest systems firms. As a result, she is a much sought after adviser. In the last 5 years, Hazel has led workstreams and played key roles on six major bids including HS2 and Crossrail rolling stock fleets and ETCS and TMS bids for Network Rail.

Charles is an expert in rail vehicles and systems integration. He is a structured, strategic, systems thinker. Advising public and private clients (including the DfT and big manufacturers), he brings over 20 years technical experience leading or supporting rolling stock operations, projects, procurements and bids primarily in the UK, but also in France, Australia, Italy and Japan and UK.
Charles has 41 years experience in Railway Operations and Systems, major projects and business case development. After graduating from Cambridge University, he was a British Rail Operations Management trainee.

Clive is a long-standing rail professional of over 40 years’ experience who has specialized in all aspects of railway operations including “front line” management, train and possession planning, performance, control, and track access.

Lindsay is a Transport Engineering specialist with over 30 years’ experience. Lindsay has a proven track record in the delivery of major transport projects including Heavy Rail, Light Rail and other guided systems from concept to operation.
Operations Resourcing & Change
Gary has 37 years experience in rail, mainly in operational and project roles including over 8 years at First Group’s Rail Division managing mobilisations and major projects. Such is his experience, he is able to advise on almost any operational matter and change programmes.
Drew’s experience to date has been involved around the civil engineering industry and mostly in delivering transport projects in the UK for over 35 years.
