Colin Jones
Colin is a people and organisation development expert with 30 years’ experience of leading HR, Corporate Planning, Quality Improvement and Change teams inside BMW-Rover and Train Operating Companies. He also leads management development programmes in the UK, China and across South East Asia on behalf of WMG at Warwick University.
He has advised and developed rail franchise bid plans for Abellio, Go-Ahead, Keolis, MTR and National Express since 2012, contributing to their success.
Colin’s combination of people, strategy and change experience and deep understanding of latest academic research and company best practice equips him to translate high level business strategies into detailed People and Organisational Development plans.
He was educated at Cambridge University and Warwick Business School, is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development and is accredited as both a lean six sigma green belt and a Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) Practitioner.
