The firm started in 2002 by Matthew Crosse a highly experienced rail professional familiar with delivery and working for both buyers and bidders. We have a team of expert associates, covering most disciplines, often in high demand because of their knowledge, skills and strong track record.
Our advisory work takes us into Governments and transit authorities, international operators and contracting firms, joint ventures, investors and the world’s best consultant firms. We work as a team, or as individuals on short or longer interim roles. As well as providing expert resources, we also train our clients, and take on critical leadership roles.
