Paul Elworthy
Paul is a Business Consultant focusing Customer Experience (CX) Strategy. With over 20 years professional experience, Paul has held senior positions and undertaken a number of consultant and interim Director roles, across sectors, including TMT, Rail and Financial Services for major brands including Virgin, Three, Barclays, Hitachi and Sky.
He has extensive experience in CX transformation, service design, business strategy and product development. Paul has also worked with a number of train operators including Virgin Trains, MTR, Stagecoach, Abellio and Arriva leading CX/Commercial planning and bid writing for a number of major rail franchise bids.
Paul specialises in helping organisations design and implement enhanced omni-channel customer experiences, combining a passion for customer centred design thinking with an extensive knowledge of change management in complex matrix organisations.
