Developing New Projects

Planning and Development

Strategic Lines can assist in the identification and development of new projects - assessing long term viability, development costs and risks. We can also support discrete or system wide enhancement projects and refranchising by coordinating studies and ‘optioneering’ to meet public and private stakeholder objectives.

Through outline project briefings, business case appraisals and promotional material, we aim to attract sustained interest, support and funding from a range of political, financial and private entities. We develop and structure appropriate procurement models and delivery strategies. By reviewing ‘best practice’ contract templates (e.g packages, turnkey, leases and concession mechanisms) we can develop hybrids to meet key stakeholder requirements.

We also support the pre-tender planning phase by recommending work teams, project programmes, critical milestones and procurement budgets.
