Working closely with the client, Strategic Lines can provide focused management support from pre-qualification to financial close. This includes development of the procurement structure and processes; managing the tender invitation, performance specifications, contracts and agreements; bidder evaluation and selection; then negotiation with preferred bidders through to financial close.

Beyond closure, we are able to provide ongoing expert advice, monitoring and commercial support. Through continuing roles we can ensure best value is maintained and further project stages are efficiently developed and implemented.

Throughout all of the project phases, Strategic Lines is able to provide independent Board representation and management advice.
